Warranty, Shipping, & Return Policy

Warranty: The Stealth II, Stealth Junior, and Stealth Junior Digital VDS Systems are manufactured in the USA and have a limited 3 year warranty on parts and labor, with the exception of the LED light. Simply call our technical support toll free number speak to a technician if you have a problem or email us for an RMA number and send the unit back to us. We will not charge for repairing the unit for 3 full years providing that the unit was not damaged due to misuse or dropped, otherwise the consumer will be responsible for the cost of replacement parts and labor if any are needed to repair the unit.

Please Note: All warranties written or implied will be voided if the unit have been altered, misused, tampered with or opened by an unauthorized service technician. Any glass damaged during shipment shall be reported within 24 hours of receipt of package.

Shipping: Please direct any questions about shipping to sales@vaporfection.com. We do not charge for shipping or handling for over $250 in purchases in the continental US. Orders usually ship within 24 -48 hrs after payment is cleared through the bank. Delivery times vary. Shipping takes generally 3 - 5 business days in the Continental US. We do not ship on weekends/Holidays or to P.O. boxes. All units are supplied with the necessary parts/ attachments (i.e. power cord, glass whip, tubing), and are shipped in plain, corrugated boxes.

Order Cancellation: If you would like to cancel or change your vaporfection order, please send us an email as soon as possible. We will do everything necessary to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that our fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. ALL refused/unclaimed orders/packages or unauthorized returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and all non-product-related fees (shipping and handling fees) to return the unit to you.

Return: sales@vaporfection.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your unit. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days after issue, and the defective or non-functional unit must be received in our warehouse within 15 days from the date of issue. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued.
Please note that due to the nature of this item, ALL purchases/sales are final. ALL returns for repair or defective units must obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at sales@vaporfection.com. Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return. An unauthorized return will not be accepted and packages without an RMA number will be refused. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to arrive to us; delivery times vary based on shipper selected. Your return will be processed within 7-10 days after receipt of the unit. Upon inspection by our technicians, any unit returned and found to be functional or non-defective is subject to a $75 fee, ands well as all non-product-related fees (shipping and handling fees) For faster service, please provide the following information in your email request for an RMA#: customer name, order number, item model and copy of you purchase receipt, and nature of the problem. Your RMA number(s) must appear clearly on the shipping label on the outside of the return shipment. A letter or copy of your email stating your name, order number, item model and serial number (if applicable), and nature of the problem must be placed inside the return shipment. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. All authorized returns must be shipped via ground shipment only and include a shipment tracking number. Vaporfection Inc. strongly recommends that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. The Customer is responsible for ALL shipping and handling charges on ALL returned items.

Please Note: All our units are factory tested and inspected for quality control and went through a breaking period before they were shipped. You will have 7 days from delivery date to inspect all units for missing items, broken components, or defectives. Please call our technical support department if you have any problem or concern prior to requesting an RMA

All return/RMA requests made after 7 days from delivery date will be considered repairs and not defective upon arrival. For defective units Customer will be responsible for shipping/handling cost to return the unit to us. Vaporfection Inc. will incur the shipping/handling costs to repair or replace the unit.
