Vaporfection Stealth II Vaporizer Reviews

After reading the few reviews/comments i could find about it, I decided to give the vaporfection stealth a try. For $500, i figured i couldn't possibly get something bad. This has the best warranty too, 3yr parts + labor. Can't go wrong with that.
I must say, having used a Vapir One for a year n a half prior to this, i feel like this is a huge step up. First of all, the pulls are super smooth and the taste really is exactly like whatever you put in there. The hits can also be HUGEE or very smooth gentle ones. Depending on the need you can up the temp a lot and it produces almost like a thin hooka type smoke (of course this is defeating the purpose of vaporizing, but if you suddenly feel the need for something closer to smoke, the capability is there). temperature control is very very precise during normal use. However, and this is a very trivial matter as it shouldn't really affect proper use of the machine, it's impossible to set a LOW temperature on this unit. Oddly enough, if you program something like 190...or, maybe even something in the 200s (although i haven't tried), the unit just displays 340 something or somewhere around there, and the temperature never goes down. The heat never turns on. Seems like it knows it needs to get down to that temperature but it can't. Another strange thing is right when you turn the unit on it displays a temp in the 160s and then immediately jumps to 335 or so, and then after a little bit continues to start climbing above that (i'm guessing once it has actaully REACHED the 335 it starts to climb over it and the device shows this). This was strange and made me wonder about the accuracy/efficacy of the temperature controller on the unit. A guy at vaporfection customer service told me it's calibrated to not read temps that low since you dont need them. Anyway, the temperature control in normal ranges (330-400) works like a charm. Temp shakes around your set temp by maybe +/- 2 or 3 degrees which is more than acceptable.
The construction seems very solid and well put together. Ordering from vaporfection.com gets you an extra hand kit (glass whip+silicon tube), a screen changing tool, and extra screens at no extra charge. Also shipping is free. Definitely recommend getting it from their site if you're gonna buy it. I had a few beers and vaped tobacco out of this thing. Amazing. I used to roll tobacco joints and smoke them after drinking. That produced an excellent effect but was very harsh and super bad for the lungs. This thing is really smooth, tastes just like the flavoring (cherry), and a little bit lasts a whileee and i can just sit and pull on it every now and then. Gives an amazing relaxed feel. The set it and forget it feature is awesome because I can just turn off the switch, and it'll keep fans on until cool enough temperature is reached and then it shuts off. no more waiting around the vape to cool off.

"You picked the best of the top end digital (direct draw) vapes, IMO. It has better heat up/cool down times than the Super Vapezilla, a glass heater, AND a 3 yr. warranty that covers parts, unlike the SV, which doesn't cover parts at all. That would be a big factor for me, since the digital controller in the SV runs $200-250, and that would, statistically, be the most likely assembly to fail.'
