Warranty and Service:
The Vaporfection Stealth Novus and Stealth Junior Digital Vaporizers are manufactured in the USA and have a limited 2 years parts and labor, with the exception of LED light, which has 90 days. There is no warranty on glass parts.
If you are having a problem using your unit simply call us at 561-450-5000 with the nature of your problem and speak to an associate, or email us for RMA number to send the unit back to us for servie. We will not charge for repairing the unit for 2 full years providing that the unit was not dropped, tampered with or damaged due to misuse; otherwise the customer will be responsible for the cost of all shipping, replacement parts and labor needed to repair the unit.
Please Note: The warranty will be voided if the unit have been altered, misused, dropped, tampered with or opened by an unauthorized service technician
Due to the nature of this item, ALL purchases/sales are final. ALL returns for repair service or defective units must obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at sales@vaporfection.com. Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return. An unauthorized returned will not be accepted and Packages without a RMA# will be refused upon return. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to arrive to us; delivery times vary based on shipper selected. Your returned unit will be processed, repaired and shipped within 5-7 days after receipt of the unit. Any unit returned and found to be functional or non-defective will result in the customer will be responsible for all handling and shipping charges. A customer with defective unit after 7 days from the date of deleivery will be responsible for the cost of shipping the unit to us.
Customer will have 72 hours from the receipt of the unit to report any damage occurred during shipping to us, defective or malfunctioning units must be reported within 7 days from receiving the unit for an exchange, we need to receive your unit back prior to sending any replacement, after the 7 days all warranty work will be applied.
Procedure for Repair and Service:
Please contact Technical Support prior of asking for RMA (returned merchandise authorization number for repair service.
Please obtain an RMA by contacting sales@vaporfection.com . No returns of any type will be accepted without RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days after issue, and the defective or non-functional unit must be received in our warehouse within 15 days from the date of issue. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued.
Your RMA number(s) must appear clearly on the shipping label on the outside of the return shipment. A letter or copy of your email stating your name, order number, item model and serial number (if applicable), and nature of the problem must be placed inside the return shipment. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All authorized returns should be shipped via a carrier that provides shipping tracking numbers. For your protection we strongly recommend that you fully insure your returned shipment in case it is lost or damaged.
